At first, we confirm the place well then prepare for shipping. Your order address must match the shipping address.

Our transport is closed on weekends and holiday seasons. We also provide weekly vacation services in case of emergency. We always aim to deliver your product to you on time.

If you don’t receive your shipment within 10 days then you must contact us we will take care of the matter and make arrangements to get it to you as soon as possible. Even though we will keep in touch with you after delivery.

We assure you that you will be happy with our service because our main goal is your satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied with the purchase of any product from us or want to exchange it, you will get 30 days. In that case, you have to bear 50% of the transportation cost and 50% will be borne by the company.

The product returned by you must be in new condition. If you unwrap the packaging inside, we will consider or deny that your product is acceptable.

We will return you the full amount that you have paid for the product, with the exception of the transportation money.

In case you get the wrong product, the company will bear all the shipping cost to re-deliver your correct product.

We have 12 months Manufacturer’s limited Warranty on any product if your product is demagnetized or becomes obsolete within 12 months. You will also get a 3-months warranty on the product accessories.

Your defective and unusable product must be reported within the warranty period if possible you can send your product in original packaging.
